We will complement this by adding a modern, multi-purpose office complex and hundreds of state-of-the-art residential housing units, which will be linked by open public spaces, arcades and parking.
In keeping with Vermont's deep commitment to environmental consciousness, our development plan incorporates green roofs, solar photovoltaic installations, internal bicycle storage facilities, and energy-efficient systems for water and climate control. We will also source the majority of our materials locally, including indigenous urban plantings and limestone panels. When complete, CityPlace Burlington will be a true mixed-use complex that will reflect Burlington's culture of environmental stewardship and align with the dynamic lifestyle demands of today's Millennial Generation.
