Curbside Pickup
Our Curbside Pickup Program supports the needs of our tenants and the community by creating a safe and comfortable shopping experience at over 70% of our shopping centers. We have also introduced a pilot curbside program at Park Meadows and Fashion Show, where product runners are available to fulfill online orders and alleviate store staff. Seasonal Pop-ups
Expand your footprint with short-term pop-up opportunities in close proximity to your store or in common areas. These spaces can be used to add additional check-out locations, ensure social distancing, feature seasonal products, or queue customers – creating a customer experience before shoppers even set foot in your store! Recommended Line Queueing Partner: Waitwhile
We successfully launched a line queueing solution for the holiday shopping season. Although the Brookfield owned program has come to an end as of January 18th, 2021, you can still leverage the service directly with Waitwhile, the line management platform. Click here to learn more.
