We’ve got your back to business

As our shopping centers throughout the United States begin to get back to business, our team is working diligently in support of a strong re-opening strategy. It is our priority to do all that we can for the wellbeing of our customers, retailers, employees, and communities. Sharing our plan is important as we work together to re-open and return to the new normal.

Mandates are currently scheduled to lift from late-April through mid-July. We continue to closely monitor any extension, releases, and directives for each state, county, and city that affect our properties. Non-essential retailers will be able to open when permitted under, and in a manner consistent with, applicable government orders. We are committed to working with you to allow you to get back to business as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We expect there will be a ramp-up period to establish business and build consumer confidence and comfort.

Open Properties

*While we are all eager to get back to business as soon as possible, the timing of our reopening plans is subject to federal, state and local regulations, so projected reopening dates are subject to change. Reopening plans and policies will adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and guidance, and be informed by industry best practices, which will vary based on location and other circumstances.
